How do I use transcription in the Xelion Android App?
The transcription function is available to you if your organisation has decided to adopt the function, and has granted you a license.
It is possible that your organisation has chosen to always transcribe any call recording. In that case, the setting may be simply be active and you may not be able to control it.
If a conversation is not recorded, it cannot be transcribed.
If your organisation allows you to determine which conversations you want to transcribe, you can choose to make a transcript from a recording. To do so, go to the conversation log and select the recording. Select the option to transcribe the recording.
When you send the recording away to be transcribed, it can take some time to receive the transcript. You do not need to wait for this. You will receive a notification when the transcript is ready.
The output of an AI process must always be verified by a human. A correct or desirable result is not guaranteed.
