How do I change the audio input on the Xelion Windows App?

Sometimes, you may want to switch your audio input and output channels, for instance when you switch from using headset to a conference microphone.

The Xelion Windows App initially follows the Windows sound settings that you have defined. If you want to make changes in the app, do this:

Go to ‘Settings’.

Go to ‘Audio’.

Check if the box ‘Automatic’ is ticked.
If so, it means that the Xelion Windows App follows the Microsoft sound settings for speech audio.

If you want to make changes, untick this box.

In the drop down menu for the microphone, select the audio input device you want to use.

In the drop down menu for the speaker, select the audio output device you want to use.

Check if your ring tone audio settings are correct.
