How do I make a log file in the Xelion Windows App?

You may be asked to create a log file in the Xelion Windows App. This can help to solve certin problems.

  • Go to ‘Settings’.

  • Go to ‘Support Center’.

  • Press ‘Save Log file’.
    The Windows File Explorer opens.

  • Select the location to save the log file.

  • You can now share the log file with your Xelion provider.
