The ‘presence status’ is the status that informs others of your availability and controls if you receive calls and messages. Xelion has several pre-programmed statuses, and your employer can choose to make more.
Your status can be set in several different ways:

you set your status manually

you set a ‘temporary status’

your status is determined by your schedule

your status is determined by a synchronisation to a third party, such as Microsoft Teams.
