You can mark chat conversations or message threads as read or unread. You do this per conversation and not per message.
Your administrator can switch this function on or off for each line. If you do not see this function, contact your administrator.

Go to the line that has the conversation.

Press long on the conversation you want to mark
A pop-up appears. -
Mark the conversation as read or unread.
